Our PCR-grade deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs) are produced using strict quality control guidelines to ensure the highest purity possible (≥99% pure by HPLC). Geneaid nucleotides are conveniently available as 10 and 25 mM solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP (2´-deoxynucleoside 5´-triphosphates) mixed in ddH2O, or as nucleotide sets comprised of each nucleotide in separate 100 mM ddH2O solution vials. The nucleotides are also available separately in 100 mM ddH2O solution vials.

The quality of the deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs) is tested on a lot-to-lot basis according to Geneaid's ISO-certified quality management system. Each nucleotide functionality is confimed by PCR and high purity (99%) is based on high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
