| 96-Well Total RNA Kit |

The 96-Well Total RNA Purification Kit was designed specifically for high-throughput total RNA purification from cultured animal cells. However, RNA can also be efficiently purified from blood, bacteria, fungus and tissue samples. Using either vacuum or centrifuge, RNA preparations of 96 samples can be completed in 1 hour. Chaotropic salt is used to lyse cells and inactivate RNase allowing RNA to be easily bound by the glass fiber matrix of each well of the plate. Once any contaminants have been removed, using the Wash Buffer (containing ethanol), the purified RNA is eluted by RNase-free water. The purified RNA is ready for use in various downstream applications. |
