Elite Competent Cells are suitable for high efficiency transformation, rapid colony growth and immediate DNA uptake. There are no other competent cells on the market which offer faster or easier transformation than the Elite line of competent cells.

Storage and Expiration

Store at -70^oC to -80^oC. Subsequent freeze-thaw cycles will reduce transformation efficiency (If high efficiency is essential for the experiment, do not use aliquots that have gone through several freeze-thaw cycles). The efficiency of Elite Competent Cells remains stable for a period of 1 year following proper storage procedures.
