Test 1 .E. coli cells from an overnight culture were harvested from the LB medium by centrifugation. An E. coli cell pellet containing 2x10⁹ cells was resuspended in 1 ml of RNAGuardian^TM Stabilization Solution and stored at 25°C for 7 days. Total E. coli RNA was purified using the Geneaid Presto^TM Mini RNA Bacteria Kit, and RNA fragment analysis was performed via capillary electrophoresis. The resulting high-quality RNA achieved an RQN value of 9.8.

Test 2 .Fresh Arabidopsis leaves were immersed in 1 ml of RNAGuardian^TM Stabilization Solution and stored at 25°C for 7 days. Total RNA was purified using the Geneaid Total RNA Mini Kit (Plant) and analyzed via capillary electrophoresis for RNA fragment integrity, yielding high-quality RNA with an RQN (RNA Quality Number) value of 9.8.
